How many headshots can you capture in a day?

Capacity depends on event flow and your booth goals. We design the workflow to stay fast, polished, and consistent while maintaining studio-quality results. A base number would be around 240 people in a day on a single setup.


Do attendees pick their photo onsite?

Yes. Onsite image selection is an option or Instant gallery delivery is also an option that impresses the attendees as most photographers have a much longer turnaround time of days or even weeks.


What information is captured for leads?

Name and email are the only MUST have requirements at our end. We can request any information that you would find useful. We recommend asking for "company" and "job title" but the choice is yours. (customizable based on your needs and event rules).


Do you travel?

Yes — nationwide travel is available and also UK travel is available.
